About

The Hilliard Civic Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 2001 and is located in the city of Hilliard, Ohio.

​

Our organization showcases the best and brightest that Hilliard has to offer by engaging the public in organized events, recognition of community needs, acknowledgement of local achievements, and the promotion of volunteering within the community.

Our signature event is the Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair. Hilliardfest is a street fair that takes place in downtown Hilliard, Ohio on Main Street each fall, the second Saturday in September. The main festival takes place from throughout the day, featuring live music, great food, kids games and inflatables, carnival, Kid’s Fair, and of course, various local businesses and organizations.

 

While our organization’s known for our September art and street fair, we’re beginning to expand our outreach to the community by partnering with other organizations and businesses, planning additional events, developing grant and scholarship programs, and more!
