Once upon a time, at a tavern somewhere in Ohio, two big, bad, bearded country singers met. I.R. Hummel and Zach Whitney quickly discovered more than just a shared love of great country music. They found in each other a bone fide, country-fried, musical brother. Shortly thereafter, “Brothers” was born.
Characterized by spontaneous interactions with their audience; shouting requests and singing along are highly encouraged by the Brothers. Whether they’re singing about trains or trucks, farms or prisons, or whiskey and women, the Brothers mix a heaping helping of humor along with a deep love and passion for real country music to entertain, enlighten, and indulge their fans.
I.R. Hummel and Zach Whitney bring their unique brand of relaxed fun to #OHF2016. Catch them all day long (Saturday, September 10th) when they serve as Master of Ceremonies on both the Credit Union of Ohio #Americana #HeritageStage and the #Americana #RootsStage.
