Hilliard Civic Association Regrettably Cancels Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair 2023
Hilliard, Ohio – July 21, 2023
The Hilliard Civic Association deeply regrets to announce the cancellation of the annual Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair, originally scheduled for September 9, 2023. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's festival.
The Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair has been a cherished tradition in our community for four decades, bringing together local artists, musicians, and businesses to celebrate the vibrant spirit of Hilliard. The decision to cancel this year's festival was not made lightly, and we understand the disappointment it may bring to our loyal supporters, vendors, and attendees. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The Hilliard Civic Association is committed to ensuring that all participating vendors are taken care of during this challenging time. We will begin actively working on refunding registration payments to all vendors who have already submitted their registration. Further details regarding the refund process will be communicated directly to registered vendors in the coming days.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the vendors who had shown interest in participating in this year's Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair. Your support and commitment to our community are truly invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to collaborate with you in the future when circumstances allow.
